dotSolved.ai provides enterprise AI products and services, including:

• AI PACT: An enterprise AI acceleration framework for governed, measurable AI adoption.
• Nexatron: An AI-native data intelligence platform that connects to Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and data warehouses.
• Enterprise Agents: Platform-native AI implementation and custom agent development for Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft.

Product availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. Specific product terms may be governed by separate agreements executed at the time of purchase or subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

By submitting information through our contact forms, demo requests, or other input mechanisms, you grant dotSolved a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTSOLVED INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dotSolved Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a prominent Site notice.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
