Solutions

Governed AI answers from NetSuite, Oracle Fusion and Salesforce

Each solution connects Nexatron, and Claude where you want it, to one platform your business already runs, with the permissions, certified metric definitions and evidence your finance and IT teams already enforce. Choose your system to see how it works, what the connector supports today and how to connect Claude safely.

Solutions by platform

Which systems do dotSolved.ai solutions cover?

dotSolved.ai solutions cover NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce and Claude for enterprise, built by the team that has implemented Oracle, NetSuite and Salesforce for enterprises for 23+ years. Every solution page follows the same shape: the problem in the buyer's words, how it works, governance and security, honest connector status and the questions teams ask before they connect.

How it works

How does a solution engagement work?

Every solution engagement runs through four steps: connect, define, ask and govern. Each step has a defined output, and nothing reaches your users before the govern step is signed off by finance and IT.

  1. 01

    Connect

We connect Nexatron to the supported source with a dedicated, least-privilege role and review authentication, subsidiaries, entities and record types against the approved questions. Where Claude is in scope, the MCP connector gets the same review.

  2. 02

    Define

We define revenue, gross margin, DSO, pipeline and the other metrics that matter once, with the business owner, and certify them so every user and every AI client gets the same definition.

  3. 03

    Ask

Your team asks bounded questions, inspects the query and the evidence behind each answer, and reconciles results with a reference report before anyone relies on them.

  4. 04

    Govern

Row-level policies apply per user, every answer records the query, the definition and the policies applied, and a connector approval checklist governs any change in scope.

Printable versions of the Claude connector approval checklist and the AI governance framework template are available in Resources.

Principles

What does every solution have in common?

Every solution shares three things: governance that travels with each answer, implementation depth on the platform it runs on, and a plain statement of what the connector supports today.

  • Governed, not just connected

Permissions, certified definitions and evidence travel with every answer, whether the question comes from an analyst, an executive or Claude.

  • Built by the team that implements these systems

dotSolved has implemented Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce and Microsoft for enterprises for 23+ years, so the data model, the roles and the close calendar are familiar ground.

  • Honest connector status

Each solution states what the Nexatron connector supports today and what is still coming, so your evaluation plan matches the product you will actually run.

FAQ

Enterprise AI solutions FAQ

Which platforms do dotSolved.ai solutions cover?
The solution pages cover NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce and Claude for enterprise. Behind them, Nexatron connectors are live for those systems and for Sage Intacct, SAP S/4HANA, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Amazon S3 and Parquet, DuckDB, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. If your system is not listed, check nexatron.io/connectors for its current status or book a demo.
Does the Oracle solution cover Oracle E-Business Suite?
Not in Nexatron today. Oracle E-Business Suite is listed as coming soon in the Nexatron connector catalog, so the Oracle solution page is built around Oracle Fusion, where the connector is live. dotSolved's services arm implements and supports Oracle E-Business Suite, so if you run it, talk to our AI team about a services engagement and the connector roadmap.
Can we connect Claude to NetSuite, Oracle Fusion or Salesforce?
Yes. Nexatron exposes its governed query tools to any MCP client, including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, and every answer carries the query, the certified metric definition and the row-level policies applied. For NetSuite, Oracle also lists Claude among the AI clients that work with the NetSuite AI Connector Service. dotSolved.ai designs the role, the tool scope and the test plan, and each solution page explains the safe route for its platform.
Do we need Nexatron to use a solution?
Nexatron is the data layer in each solution. It is what makes definitions certified and answers evidenced across users and AI clients. Teams that only need Claude connected to one system through the platform's own connector can start there, and the Claude for enterprise page covers both patterns so you can choose the one that matches your governance requirements.
How long does a solution engagement take?
It depends on the number of sources, the definitions to certify and your security review, so we set the timeline in the first conversation rather than quote a generic number. Scoping to one platform, one set of approved questions and one business owner keeps connect, define, ask and govern inside a single planning cycle.
Where does our data go?
Nexatron reads the source under a least-privilege role and can be deployed in your own VPC with your own LLM contract. Where prompts and results travel depends on the model provider and the configuration you choose, so we review that in the govern step. Every answer records the query, the definition and the policies applied. If you use a vendor's own AI connector with a third-party assistant, that vendor's terms for the assistant apply, and the NetSuite page explains Oracle's acknowledgment step.
