    MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open-source standard for connecting AI applications to external systems. Nexatron exposes governed query tools to any MCP client, including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Claude calls those tools; it does not hold Oracle Fusion credentials or query tables directly.

  • Same definitions, same policies

    A question asked from Claude runs through the same semantic layer and the same row-level policies as a question asked inside Nexatron. The answer Claude receives carries the query, the certified metric definition and the policies applied.

  • What is Live and what is not

It connects to Oracle Fusion through a Live connector, applies your own metric definitions and row-level policies, answers questions that span Oracle Fusion and your other systems, and makes that data available to Claude and other MCP clients. How is Oracle Fusion data secured?
Nexatron can run single-tenant in your VPC or on-premises, so Oracle Fusion data can stay in your environment, and BYOL (bring your own LLM keys) means prompts and results go only to a model you have approved. Source credentials stay in the approved connection flow and never in a Claude prompt, row-level policies are applied on every query, and every answer carries the query, the metric definition and the policies used, which gives internal audit a complete trail.
Does Nexatron replace OTBI or BI Publisher?
No. Keep OTBI and BI Publisher for the operational and statutory reports they already produce. Nexatron handles the questions they struggle with: cross-module and cross-system questions, ad-hoc follow-ups, and plain-English access for people who will never build a subject area.
