AI Managed Services

AI managed services that keep your agents running, current and governed.

We run and monitor the AI agents you have deployed, test every prompt and model change before your users see it, report usage and cost each month, and administer your Nexatron workspace.

  • Agents monitored
  • Changes evaluated first
  • Monthly usage and cost

AI Managed Services

What do AI managed services cover?

AI managed services keep AI systems working after they go live. At dotSolved.ai the service covers four areas: running and monitoring the AI agents you have deployed, with incident handling; evaluations, prompt and model updates and drift checks; governance and reporting, with access reviews, audit evidence and monthly usage and cost reports; and Nexatron administration, from connector upkeep to semantic definitions and user access.

The agents we build come with runbooks, monitoring and a change process your team can own. Managed services is for teams that would rather we run that work.

What We Manage

Four workstreams, one team

Each workstream keeps a part of your AI estate dependable after launch. We agree the scope with you at the start.

  1. 01

    Run and monitor AI agents

Deployed agents keep doing the work they were approved for

    • Day-to-day operation of the AI agents you have in production
    • Monitoring of agent runs, failures and exceptions
    • Incident handling when an agent fails or behaves unexpectedly
  2. 02

    Model and prompt updates

Changes are tested before your users see them

    • Evaluations against test questions agreed with your team
    • Prompt changes checked against those evaluations
    • Model upgrades evaluated before they are switched on
    • Drift checks that compare current answers with the agreed baseline
  3. 03

    Governance and reporting

Evidence your auditors and finance team can use

    • Access reviews of who, and which agents, can reach each system
    • Audit evidence gathered and kept ready for review
    • Monthly usage reporting
    • Monthly cost reporting
  4. 04

    Nexatron administration

Your Nexatron workspace, kept in order

    • Connector upkeep for the sources you have connected
    • Semantic definitions maintained as the business changes
    • User access in Nexatron: additions, changes and removals

Current Nexatron connector status is published at nexatron.io/connectors.

Where It Fits

Managed services picks up where the build ends

Advisory decides what to build. We build the agents and set up Nexatron. Managed services keeps both working once they are live.

FAQ

AI managed services questions

What are AI managed services?
AI managed services keep AI systems working after they go live. At dotSolved.ai that means four things: running and monitoring the AI agents you have deployed, including incident handling; evaluating and making prompt and model updates, with drift checks; governance and reporting, with access reviews, audit evidence and monthly usage and cost reports; and administering Nexatron, including connector upkeep, semantic definitions and user access.
What does running and monitoring AI agents include?
Day-to-day operation of the agents you have in production, monitoring of their runs, failures and exceptions, and incident handling when an agent fails or behaves unexpectedly.
How are prompt and model updates handled?
Every change is evaluated before your users see it. We agree a set of test questions with your team, check each prompt change against them, and evaluate a model upgrade the same way before it is switched on. Drift checks compare current answers with the agreed baseline, so a change in behaviour is found by the check rather than by a user.
What is in the monthly usage and cost report?
Each month you receive usage and cost reporting for the AI agents we run. Governance and reporting also covers access reviews of who, and which agents, can reach each system, and the audit evidence your auditors may ask for, kept ready for review.
What does Nexatron administration cover?
Connector upkeep for the sources you have connected, semantic definitions maintained as the business changes, and user access in Nexatron: additions, changes and removals. The current status of every Nexatron connector is published at nexatron.io/connectors.
How is this different from AI advisory?
AI advisory decides what to build and in what order, starting with an AI readiness assessment. AI managed services runs what is already deployed: the agents, the prompts and models behind them, the governance reporting around them and your Nexatron workspace.
Can our own team stay in charge?
Yes. The agents we build come with runbooks, monitoring and a change process your team can own. Managed services is for teams that would rather we run that work. We agree the scope with you at the start.
